Principles of our privacy Our attitude to your privacy is serious and we give you 4 promises:

  • We will ALWAYS ensure that the processing of your personal data is performed in compliance with the applicable data protection laws.
  • We will ALWAYS provide you with detailed and correct information about way and purposes we process your personal data. It includes informing you about what data we collect about you, what we do with it, with whom we share it and whom you should contact if you have any questions.
  • We will ALWAYS take all reasonable steps to protect your personal data and ensure that it is inaccessible to persons who are not entitled to it.
  • We will ALWAYS answer your questions regarding the processing of personal data immediately.

OUR PRIVACY POLICY (last updated: March 4, 2019). We protect your privacy and ensure that your personal data will be safe. We explain in this Privacy Policy what personal data we collect, how we process it and how we store it when we offer our services. This concludes the information received from you in writing, collected when connecting to our web page www.motox.lt when providing services for clients and information obtained from the third parties - advertising partners of PLLC “GALAKA” and additional service providers. This Privacy Policy also covers targeted content, including offers on the Internet, as well as advertising of products and services that you can see when searching on the Internet for web pages, platforms, and third-party programs (“Third-party web pages”). Please note that these third-party Web pages may have their own separate privacy policies and conditions. Please read them before using such third-party Web pages.

1. WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PROCESSING YOUR PERSONAL DATA? We, PLLC “GALAKA” (hereinafter referred to as “GALAKA” or “we”), are responsible for processing your personal data in our databases, registers, etc.

It usually includes your name, surname, address, personal identification number (if you buy a registered item), date of birth, email address, phone number, information about your computer and your visits to our web page, as well as about using this web page, including your IP address, geographical location, browser type, where from you were directed to our web page, the duration of the visits and the number of page views.

5. WHAT HAPPENS IF A CUSTOMER IS A MINOR? Our services are designed for adults, however, it happens that some clients under the age of sixteen (16) years apply for services. If we know that the client has not yet reached the age of sixteen (16) years, we do not use the personal data of such clients, unless we receive the consent of their parents. We would like to draw your attention to the fact that our services can be provided only to clients who have reached the required age. We may process your personal data in order to check your age and implement the restrictions set for a certain age.

6. FOR WHAT PURPOSES DO WE PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA? 6.1. We process your personal data for the following purposes: 6.1.1. Purchase / acceptance of the service What personal data can we collect? Name, surname, mailing address, email address, mobile phone number, order history, payment history, payment information (i.e. bank or credit card details), order history / wish list, age / date of birth, information on the performance of your order and other personal data provided to us at your own will. What is the purpose of processing this data? We process personal data in order to provide you with the services ordered. How long do we keep your personal data? As long as you order our services and (or) while the concluded agreement is valid. If no transactions have been concluded within three (3) years, we will revoke or anonymize your personal data, unless the legislation provides for a longer period for keeping such data. What is the legal basis for data processing? We use such information to fulfill your order or any other service you have ordered (to fulfill the contract). In the event that we need your “sensitive” personal data, we will clearly inform you about our legal obligations regarding the processing of such personal data. 6.1.2. Customer service What personal data can we collect? Name, surname, address of residence, mobile phone number, ordering history, payment history, payment information (i.e. bank or credit card details), age / date of birth, information on request fulfillment, published records and other content that you provide on our Web page, also other information provided by you when you purchase or order a service, upon request. What is the purpose of processing this data? We process your personal data when you contact us and when we respond to your inquiries and comments. How long do we keep your personal data? Inquiries and general comments on service issues, availability of services, quality, etc., are kept one (1) year after the day of the last contact with you. Correspondence regarding personal injury, accidents, and other health and safety issues may be kept for longer periods if litigation or agreements are in progress. What is the legal basis for data processing? Processing of your inquiries, comments and complaints upon your request (the fulfillment of a contract or obligation arising from other legal actions). 6.1.3. Search on our Web page What personal data can we collect? Information about the browser you use when you visit our Web page. Your IP address and device address, links used, other web pages you visited prior to our web page, and information collected through cookies and similar tracking tools. Provide our services, including processing your requests for services, preventing fraud and other crimes, following instructions about your identity and payment. Your personal data regarding payment can be sent to payment intermediaries in order to make a payment or to transfer to the police to prevent fraud. How long do we keep your personal data? If no transactions are concluded within one (1) year, we will eliminate or anonymize your personal data, unless the legislation provides for a longer period for keeping such data. What is the legal basis for data processing? Intended to identify and prevent fraud, to ensure the safety of your identity and transactions (in the combination of the interests and our interests to prevent fraud and protect our customers). 6.1.5. Invoicing What personal data can we collect? Customer contact details, personal identification data, financial data (bank account data, invoice numbers). What is the purpose of processing this data? Data processing is necessary in order to fulfill the financial obligations of the order / contract where the data subject is a party. How long do we keep your personal data? Invoices (including cash register receipts, which are considered invoices) are kept for 10 years from the date of their issuance. What is the legal basis for data processing? The basis for invoice processing is the Law on Value Added Tax of the Republic of Lithuania and our Accounting Policy. 6.1.6. Selection of candidates for the position or performance of work What personal data can we collect? An employee performing a search for candidates may collect from the former employer the personal data of a candidate applying for a position or work performance according to the qualifications, professional skills and business skills, having informed the candidate in advance, and if from the present employer - only with the consent of the candidate. If necessary, to include CVs of candidates, that did not pass the selection, in the database of potential employees, having received the candidate`s consent that he (she) will be contacted regarding other positions. Candidates, providing their personal data, confirm that the data and information provided by them is accurate and correct and PLLC “GALAKA” is not responsible for the provision and processing of redundant data if the candidate provides such data by inadvertence. The candidate undertakes to inform PLLC “GALAKA” about changes in the data provided or other relevant information. What is the purpose of processing this data? By searching for employees for vacant jobs, the company collects and processes personal data of candidates applying for a position or performance of work (hereinafter referred to as “the candidate”). Thus, the company provides its own interest in finding employment for the most suitable employees in accordance with the acquired qualifications and experience. How long do we keep your personal data? PLLC “GALAKA” processes the candidate’s personal data on the amount than the data processing purposes require or the applicable legal acts provide (1 month after occupying the workplace or after the completion of the search for employees). What is the legal basis for data processing? When employing individuals who are most suitable according to the acquired qualifications and experience, the company provides its legitimate interest in the implementation of activities. 6.2. Cookies and similar technologies We use cookies and similar technologies (cookies) in order to improve our products and your experience on our Web page when collecting information about how you use our Web page. Some of the cookies used are necessary for the basic functions of the Web page, for example, in order to provide a secure connection, however, we also use cookies when analyzing the use of the Web page (to evaluate and improve its functioning). Our service providers We generalize your personal data to the following data processors (i.e., service providers who help us carry out the previously specified tasks): - The reliable third parties who help us process your personal data, as well as supporters when we offer products and services specified in clause 6.1 that may be interesting for you. If you order a service from us - for reliable third parties, so that we can include payments and the provision of services ordered by you. If you have not given your consent, these reliable third parties do not have our authority to use your personal data in any other way except as provided in this clause. We require these reliable third parties to use appropriate technical and organizational means in order to ensure the security of your personal data. We emphasize that we set strict requirements for such data processors in accordance with data protection laws, so that they process your personal data, following only those goals and to the extent specified by us, in accordance with IT security standards. 7.2. Other recipients We generalize your personal data for those third parties who process your personal data for their own purposes (i.e., these third parties are not our authorized data processors, they use your personal data to their advantage or because you agree with this): The Lithuanian Maritime Safety Administration registers the goods being purchased in accordance with the provisions of the Law “On the Basics of Transportation Activities” of the Republic of Lithuania; For law enforcement and other institutions, if the disclosure of your personal data is required by law, legal order of state institutions / officials or court decision; If necessary, for enterprises that intend to buy or could buy the activities of the company. We emphasize that we never generalize your personal data in social networks. When we expand our customer base or choose customers through social networks, for example, Facebook, we make your personal data anonymous before sending it. If there are changes in the future and we have to generalize your personal data in social networks, we will ask for your consent in advance. 7.3. Information about your use of our Web page is not shared.

If certain requirements are met, you have the following rights to: - Receive confirmation from us that we are processing your personal data or not, and, if so, get access to your personal data and review it; - Require us to correct inaccurate your personal data; - Require us to delete your personal data (“the right to be forgotten”); - Do not accept the processing of your personal data; - Require us to limit the processing of your personal data; - Contact us regarding the portability of your personal data - get your personal data that we have in the form of a structural, commonly used and automatically readable form and send it to another data processor. If you believe that we are violating data protection laws by processing your personal data, you can submit a complaint to a competent supervising institution in the Republic of Lithuania or in another state where you live, work or the General Data Protection Regulations are violated.

12. CAN YOU REVOKE YOUR CONSENT REGARDING PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA BY US?
